LithoPore® - Station / XT

The LithoPore® Station / XT is an all-in-one machine, to manufacture LithoPore® Aerated Concrete – LPAC. It includes a 1000 liter mixer equipped with a specific screwing pump that is developed to minimize pumping loss and the innovative low pressure and energy saving LithoFoam® foaming system. The LithoPore® Station / XT is specifically engineered for a small scale production, however fullfills at the same time the quality standards of the mass production.
LithoPore® Station / XT is mounted on weighing cells, combined with an in-house made PLC based software to enable the user to produce in accordance to high quality standards. The machine is capable to produce LPAC dry densities between 200 and 1400 kg/m³.
The foaming system is based on our worldwide unique low pressured foaming system and is forming up a very strong foam bubble membrane. This system is solely developed for the unique advanced foaming agent brand LithoFoam®.

The machine is available in two versions:

• the Standard version for manual dosing of cement, filler and chemicals
• the XT Version for fully automated dosing of all ingredients
